Behind the Scenes of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 Certification at IDEATEC

Referring to ISO standards often brings to mind audits, procedures, and certifications.

At IDEATEC, it is above all a mindset that we live out every day.

Regularly, we take a step back to ask ourselves the essential questions:

– Are our activities and procedures aligned with our commitments?
– Do our actions truly reflect our standards?

ISO standards are not just rules to follow; they are primarly a way of working, more structured, more coherent, and shared by the entire team.

To maintain this momentum, we organize quarterly toolbox sessions.

These opportunities for exchange allow us to share best practices, question our habits, and continuously improve. ISO then becomes concrete, lively, and collective.

Of course, certifications is important. But for us, it’s mainly a step, not an end in itself. The real crucial work happens mostly outside of audits: in the daily attention given to quality, the well-being of our employees, and our impact on the environment.

“Because ISO is not just prepared for before an audit, but it is built day by day.”
