π― Within the next 6 months, Belgian sailor Quentin Debois will attempt to break two world records for solo transatlantic sailing in the under-7-meter category. In December 2025, he will attempt the east-to-west record (7,200 km) and, in June 2026, the west-to-east record (5,300 km) aboard his 6.5-meter sailboat. Quentin Debois aims to become the first Belgian record holder for the transatlantic crossing by sail.
